Every lot ships with a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, an organic transaction certificate where applicable, the agreed specification sheet, allergen and GMO statements, Kosher certification and country-of-origin documentation. If your QA system requires additional forms, we add them to the standard document pack before first production.
Dry ingredients are supplied in 25 kg bags, 1,000 kg totes and full truckloads; liquid sweeteners ship in 275 gallon totes, bulk tankers and flexitanks. Pilot and R&D quantities are available so your formulation team can validate performance before commercial scale-up.
